Your Questions, Answered

  • Our pregnancy and postnatal workshops are created with only you in mind - offering a safe, cosy and nurturing environment with low lighting, considered playlists, double matts and all of the props, ensuring you are as comfortable as you can be while you practice. All workshops are beginner friendly - open to those with no previous yoga experience. There will be optional hands on adjustments.

The goal of these workshops is to give you 2 hours of uninterrupted time focused entirely on you! We want you to leave reconnected, recalibrated, relaxed and cup filled - ready for the next week and month ahead.

  • There is no need to bring a mat or any props.

Wear your most comfy clothes and what you can move in, socks and jumpers, leggings or joggers, yoga wear or lounge wear - whatever you like! Cosy vibes.

Bring a pen and a pad to note down anything you want to remember or to journal.

A water bottle to keep hydrated.

  • Offering a 2 hour workshop really allows you time to settle into your practice. We will hold a range of poses for longer with ease, not rushing… or leaving you wishing for a longer savassana! Just the right amount of time to fully embrace and enjoy the class.

The workshops are focused on turning your energy inward - offering time just for you, so with this is mind there will only be a gentle check in at the end of the workshop for those who wish to share.

There will be time to share and socialise before or after the workshop too - building a community of like minded mama’s and mama’s-to-be is important to us :)

  • Pregnancy’s and births are all wildly different and people require different advice or may or may not be able to practice depending on what you are experiencing, so the forms are there to ensure it is safe for you practice and that you are supported fully.
